We usually reply within 1–2 business days. To help us sort it out faster, let us know what device you're on (for example, iPhone 15) and, if it's a bug, what you were doing when it happened.
You can also send feedback or a bug report directly inside the app from Profile → Send feedback.
Brock and Luna are AI coaches that check in with you, react to your habits, and talk things through by chat or voice. Your messages are used to generate their replies and to help them remember what matters to you. You're always in control of how much they see — you can limit what habit data is shared with your coach in the app's settings. Yes. Your habits, logs, notes, and coach conversations are yours. We don't sell your data, we don't run third-party ad trackers, and your data is protected so that no other user can access it. See the Privacy Policy for specifics on what we collect and the providers that help us run the app.
Open the app and go to Profile → Delete account. This permanently deletes your profile, habits, logs, notes, coach conversations, and coach memory. If you'd prefer we handle it, or you can't reach the in-app option, email hey@habithouse.app and we'll take care of it.
If you have a HabitHouse subscription, it's billed through Apple. To view, change, or cancel one, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
First, make sure you're on the latest version from the App Store and try restarting the app. If it's still misbehaving, email us at hey@habithouse.app with your device model and a quick description (a screenshot helps a lot), and we'll dig in.
