HabitHouse (a service of Better Human Labs LLC) — referred to here as "we," "us," or "our" — operates this SMS service. This policy explains how we handle your information when you interact with it.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
When you opt in to our SMS list by submitting your phone number on our web form at habithouse.app/sms and checking the consent box, we collect:

Your number is stored securely and used only by HabitHouse for the purposes described above. This restriction applies to affiliates, partners, advertisers, and any other external parties.
Your phone number is stored in a secure database hosted by Supabase (cloud infrastructure). Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. Once you opt out, we will mark your record as inactive and will not contact you again. To request full deletion of your data, email hey@habithouse.app.
