Questions

Straight answers about how HabitHouse works. If yours is not here, write to us.

Are Brock and Luna real people?

No. They are AI characters with written personalities. Ask either one directly whether it is a person and it will tell you the truth. There is no human reading or answering your conversations. Read how they work and where the lines are.

What do the coaches actually do?

They check in on the habits you choose to share with them, and only those. With your okay they can set up a habit, move its schedule, or add an event to your calendar or an item to Apple Reminders. You confirm before anything changes, and every change comes with a receipt you can undo. Each habit gets a short coaching brief you can read, correct, clear, or freeze.

Do I have to type to talk to them?

No. You can dictate. Your phone turns your speech into text on the device, and only the text goes to the coach when you send it.

What happens when I miss a day?

You log a slip and keep going. HabitHouse looks at the last four weeks as a whole rather than an unbroken run, so one bad day never wipes out the good ones.

How do rooms and props work?

Every habit belongs to one of eight rooms. Your first habit for a room opens its door. Keep a habit going for a few days and a package lands at that room with one prop inside. Keep going and the packages keep coming, until the room is furnished with things you earned.

What can my friends see?

The wins you choose to post, your friends list, and a view of your rooms if you turn that on. Your habit list, your logs, your notes and your coach chats are never shared. A shared win shows the photo, the habit it was for, and the day, nothing else. There is no public feed and nobody can follow you.

How do I add friends?

Friends are mutual. Find someone by their username or send them an invite link, and the friendship starts when they accept. You can also add friends of friends from a friend's list.

Can I use HabitHouse without the coaches or the friends part?

Yes. The habits and the house work on their own. The coaches only see habits you share with them, and friends only see what you post.

What is free and what is Pro?

Free gives you three active habits, one room to furnish that the app picks for you, habit reminders, your Journal and private Moments, and everything to do with friends. Pro gives you as many habits as you want, every room in the house, Brock and Luna as much as you like, coach nudges, and coach actions on your calendar and Reminders. Pro is $9.99 a month or $79.99 a year, and everyone starts with 14 days of Pro, no card needed.

What happens when the trial ends?

Nothing you built goes away. Your habits, history, rooms, props, posts and coach chats all stay. If you have more than three habits you pick the three that stay active, and the rest pause until you upgrade. Packages keep arriving behind locked doors and are waiting when you open them.

How do I manage or cancel a subscription?

Pro is billed through Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I delete my account?

From Settings in the app, or by emailing hey@habithouse.app. Deleting your account removes your habits, history, rooms, posts, coach conversations and coach memory.

Where is HabitHouse available?

HabitHouse is built for iPhone and is being tested ahead of release. The App Store button on the home page goes live the day it ships. You need to be 13 or older to use it.
